Monica graduated from Denver Integrative Massage School in 2019 and has called Grand County her home since 2018. She specializes in integrative, deep tissue, trigger point therapy and cupping. Her background includes extensive studies in yoga, Ayurvedic Yoga massage, Thai massage and Western massage techniques. Years of travel have cumulated in an East meets West approach with a focus on nourishing the nervous system so that the physical, mental and emotional bodies can relax and restore.
